Review, Buku Harian Karenina by Maiaruna

Processed with VSCO with se3 preset

Dear Wonderful Readers and Blogger friends,

i know it’s been so long wasn’t being regularly posting as always, but i try to reach out and manage my time just to write here 🙂 i hope i will find out the way to go there like i used to.

and today’s post actually just for my Indonesian Readers, but if you can read my language i use right now just welcome :D,

a couple of days ago i got this book from my Dear Friend Maia, i was honored to be able to know her work it’s just beautifully written! i bet you guys! seperti judulnya saja, buku ini menceritakan kisah seorang Karenina, suka duka masa mudanya hingga memiliki seorang suami dan anak (i know it’s kinda usual Drama, right?) but guys you are totally wrong! i thought at the beginning when i read the first pages! setelah membaca masuk ke halaman halaman selanjutnya, i am impressed dengan gaya bahasa yang digunakan, sehingga sebuah ‘Drama’ yang diceritakan seperti novel – novel yang mungkin sering kamu baca menjadi menarik untuk diikuti dan tidak membosankan, i have confession to make, sudah lama aku engga pernah baca buku dengan bahasa yang aku punya sendiri Indonesia, bukanya sok, tapi memang sudah kehilangan ketertarikan, gara – gara sudah seringnya membaca buku western, kira kira 2 tahunan terakhir, dan memang awalnya aku mulai suka benar – benar menjadi seorang Blibliophile awalnya ya aku mencoba baca buku import, (loh maaf jadi ke mana –  mana) tapi ini ada keterkaitannya dengan yang aku bahas kali ini guys, jujur juga ini buku pertama dari pengarang Indonesia yang aku baca setelah sekian lama bertaun taun lamanya, sudah engga terhitung lamanya, dan OMG it feels like i read my usual good books! dan kalian harus baca ini! recommended banget!

Kedua, covernya juga menarik, kalian pasti setuju ketika memilih sebuah buku, pasti mempertimbangkan, melihat covernya dulu kan? hehe same here guys!

Ketiga, jalan ceritanya yang bikin terus pengen membaca setiap paragrafnya hingga akhir, seriously guys i can’t put it down! walau kalian harus merasa sedih every time you turn the pages!

anyaway, thankyou so much guys for reading, sorry my language this time is mixing haha karena aku sedang mereview buku Indonesia, dan engga mungkin donk terus – terusan memakai bahasa barat? walau sebenarnya gatal untuk berucap 🙂

Review, Swear On This Life by Renee Carlino

Dear Reader and My Blogger Friends,

Actually i have finished this novel a view days ago, only a day after i finished up it ends with us by Colleen Hoover and i found some similar things among those two novels,

1 The Bad memories from her childhood which still haunted her till grew up

2. There are two men who are falling so hard for her

3. Having A bad temper father

4. Having the ending with her first love

5. Having a successful career-first love

But of course still have a lot difference storylines you have to read by yourself at least you have known where the story goes. you can also find out my review of It Ends With Us by Coleenn Hoover i had post yesterday in here

so far i always followed Renee’s novels, and still made me melt with her stories, kind of sweet, forever-sweet-ending story and this was one of my anticipated-reading, i had waited this book to come as well since Renee mentioned this book, i gave 4 stars for this book like the other her books i always gave the rates.

Reading this novel was like reading 2 novels at once, because the storyline was set by her past- first love who became a writer of the novel that apparently dedicated by their childhood.

Emiline that live afar from the aunt who rose her, and lived with her roommate with the same enthusiastic in writing, she became frustrated, because her writing rejected by a few people around even her own boyfriend, then her roommate Cara suggested her to read the novel she had just read called ‘From All The Roads Between’, the novel she had just gotten was the best seller so far, after she read a few words to words from the story, then she realized, the story had the similarity of her bad childhood, and assumed that the author behind was her past-first love that was long gone from her life. after she totally assure herself that the one she had looked for entire life was  J colby the author from her past, she was into two loves, whether with her first love, or the one who had been with her over 7 years.

“I don’t know much about fate, but I know something brought me back there. Maybe I fought that force for too long, or maybe everything happened exactly the way it was supposed to.”

like always, i liked the idea of the story of Renee, and i always waited her novels to come, so happy this year she gave another novel after the last time i read After The Rain, and actually i had read her entire books, you can find out my reviews on my Goodreads account or some of Renee’s novel in here 🙂

I assure you will never disappointed of her stories! just go find out her brand new novel and the other!

Review, It Ends With Us by Colleen Hoover

Dear Reader and My Blogger Friends,

Long time no active here, actually i have finished up some novels i read on august so blessed i have gotten some of my anticipated-readings from some of my favorite authors, one of it, It Ends With Us by Colleen Hoover, but my enthusiasm for this book had less i gave ⭐️⭐️⭐️ rates for this book, it was not like the rates i usually gave for her books, and i was in the middle, like it or not, i like because that book got me kept going to flip its pages, colleen like always gave her brilliant story idea of it and bring up the headline about domestic violence and how to dealt with when you were into the situation, what I didn’t like, i had could guess that like the tittle ‘It ends with us’ you would know how the story went and whom she would end up with, i hate that i had to know from the earlier parts and still hope i was wrong. it had been disappointing me because i had expected i would give my full stars as well referring to the rates from the one had read this book earlier and i had waited this book to come so fast ever since Colleen mentioned it she would release her new book.

“Plants reward you based on the amount of love you show them. If you’re cruel to them or neglect them, they give you nothing. But if you care for them and love them the right way, they reward you with gifts in the form of vegetables or fruits or flowers”
“Maybe love isn’t something that comes full circle. It just ebbs and flows, in and out, just like the people in our lives”
“Sometimes an unexpected wave comes along, sucks you up and refuses to spit you back out”

Actually this story about traumatic on her childhood and still haunted her in the future,
There were two loves that fell for her so much, the future and the past, the moment Lily Bloom had had been forgetting her first love, she found out someone new An educated man, An Neurosurgeon (Ryle Kincaid) whom unexpectedly met on the top roof of another apartment. At first they two just talked about their latest life. On view months after they two met each other, the fate came to meet them again, and their relationship became intimate, in the middle she had found her love again, she met he love from the past, and that became something confusing once again in her life, from the choice she would give, whether loving her past love (Atlas Corrigan) or the new one she had just find out.
You know from the two of them i loved Ryle Kincaid! Actually that was not her fault to disappointing Lily, from my point of view, the ending was just made me sad, to find out where lily’s love would go.
The plot is good not confusing like always Colleen did
The Story, well like always something different from Colleen Novels
The Conclusion i could take from this story is

Don’t play with love and hide things from your past, if you don’t want take the risk after you have been with someone in your life

Thankyou for reading 🙂

Review, P.S I Like You by Kasie West

Dear Reader and My blogger Friends,

It’s been long time i didn’t write here, and more active on my first blog, because a lot of stuffs had to be shared on The Black veil One and finally get the urge and finished the latest book from Kasie West, i bet August is adorably my reading time! because, a few of my favorite Author released their book, i can’t tell it this time but i will read those all! and giving the review with those newest that happily have been in my hands.

Okey i have always like the idea of the storyline that was offered by Kasie West, The actual teenage story ! didn’t serve porn, nudity, and pure about how you have to deal with in your adolescent. That’s why i always waited every new books that came from Kasie West, and served the sweet story. and once again and again of several her books I absolutely loved this book as well! and it always proved about this story that

“Don’t hate The People too much, because someday you will fall so hard with the one you used to hate”

I give 4 stars on Goodreads for the novel, you know the full stars for me it would be something never last in my mind about the story, and you know what i mean if i give that stars don’t you.

Lily Abbott, like other fellow ordinary teenage girl that usually going to school, doing her homework and luckily had a best friend, and their friendship was strong. sometimes she had to deal with her number one enemy Cade Jennings that her best friend – ex. when two of them met, they always threw their insults each other. someday lily found out a note that was under her table on chemistry class and she had know idea who was that note from until it became their routine every boredom chemistry class their got.

Actually i have expected a lot for this book would be more awesome from entire Kasie West, but of course i still like her books. on the early chapter i always could guessed where this book went with the early parts, and yez what i thought was true, the story would have the ending like that. and what i liked from every Kasie’s books she always put the storyline in the circle of friendship, family, lover in good connection into the story. that made every young adults have to read her book as excuse to learn from it. so far i read her books i thought she offered a easy reading that could be received from all the readers, but that’s the point.

i think that’s all my review for this book

Review : One True Loves by Taylor Jenkins Reid

Dear Reader and My Blogger Friends,

“It breaks my heart to be loved like this, to be loved so purely that I’m capable of breaking a heart.”

I have just finished this book, i gave ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars definitely! It’s been so long I didn’t give my full stars for the book i read, and it’s time! I got many emotions when i read this book, i keep crying when i read into line to line. From the beginning till the end this book would give you like love lessons. As romance, of course usually you will get something nudity or porn included. But this book is pure about the storyline. Although yup it still exists but not too much and fit.

That made me cry how sweet this book was! you fell in love with someone that love you back, and never thought about having two people that love you truly like that. Seriously i wanna keep talking a lot about this adorable book. Jesse and Emma is my future  relationship goal! * but of course on the past of them not in their future*. Facing the world together, traveling across country even continent. It’s just goal! When you wanna a book that lead you into the true romance, this book absolutely i recommend you. But just be aware you will cry over when you traveling the page into the page.

But i’m still so sad with the ending, but it has the explanation why the ending had to be like that.

I think i have to start to read the old Taylor Jenkins Reid books and i start to be a fan of her!

Like i have just told you before, this book will guide you into the lessons about love, that true love doesn’t always last, it doesn’t have to be for a lifetime

“Falling out love with someone you still like feels exactly like lying in a warm bed and hearing the alarm clock”

“Don’t ever let anyone tell you the most romantic part of love is the beginning. The most romantic part is when you know it has to end.”

This time i won’t make a conclusion of the book i read, because this book is just perfect and too much will give you so many lessons and of course you can take a note of it.

Thankyou for reading 🙂 just find out more reviews from the book i have read before on my Goodreads

Review, The Unexpected Everything by Morgan Matson

Dear Reader and My Blogger Friends,

This time i will review this book The Unexpected Everything that took a view long days to read it because i think this book quite thick for romance, youngadult kind of.

I gave ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars for this book, at first honestly i got boringness because the book is too detailed, seriously this was the first book i read from Morgan Matson, and i thought probably her books had that type like that too, but i didn’t  know, i would look into it. That my cons, and pros that made me keep going reading this book because the contents were so good to be read by especially for the teenagers, so many lessons that you could get like the relationship between your parent, friendship, and lover, how you spend your free day and all the possibilities you could get in unexpected circumstances.

At first about the friendship that she gave everything on the first place than anything, it was good! She gave the good examples that we couldn’t just stay doing nothing when our plans didn’t work out, like the tittle of the book The Unexpected everything, you would get the other interesting things than you had had expected before.

Short story:

Alexandra (andie) the daughter of politician without mother who had leaved her forever five years ago and she had to deal with the fact that her plans for the summer didn’t go well like her expectations. So she moved on with the possibilities that would give her ‘could spend the rest of the summer with the useful things’ after getting the job as the dog walker she got the unexpected everything, she could be closer with her father who has a long time didn’t give her the attention because his work, the relationship with her friends are getting better, meeting someone whom she didn’t expect before, the best selling author Clark, who became her boyfriend at the end. At first he just something red herring for her, filling her summer like ‘what was the use of boyfriend for her’ all this time, like she used to be. But it felt wrong for her ever since he came to her life, she knew he was different from all her exes she had till realized he is the one. The cute thing, when someone acted strange when you were falling in love like Clark had,

“Wait . . . ,” Clark said, starting to reach toward me, but not before I realized that I had actually picked up his phone—and on his screen, I was looking at the last page he’d had open. I blinked as I stared at it. My dad’s official portrait looked back at me from his Wikipedia page. “Sorry,” Clark said, and I could hear the embarrassment in his voice.”

Sometimes the relationship between your friendship didn’t always all went well, there were up and down moments between her three bestfriends that you would know from this novel.

We would know the side life of the writer from this story, what Clark had

“I keep trying, but it’s like there’s nothing there. I’ve even tried writing other stuff, other than my series, and it’s not working. So I’m left with the conclusion that I really might be done.”

About the cover, it was cute! This had a connection with the story in it that Andie liked eating ice cream when it came she had a bad mood, and she was a dog walker for her summer and it was photographed awesomely – 4/5 stars for it

The contents were so good, like most of teenagers out there the story behind it could give you lessons and these were common problems that usually around them, possibilities you could work out and all – 4 stars

My conclusion is

not all your plans would work well like you expected so you had to move on to the other things although maybe it didn’t interest you and just did it well you would have never known the possibility behind it could give you the pleasure at the end.

So thank you for reading also check out my other reviews from my old readings on my Goodreads 🙂
